Luxury BMW possession case, Colombo Fort- The entry described the case as a luxury BMW tax fraud case and said Johnston Fernando pleaded guilty to possessing a car imported without the required taxes and to tax fraud. It now calls it a possession case, gives his statement that the three charges against him are Motor Traffic Act offences and not import tax fraud, and notes that the headline of one cited report called it a tax fraud case. His page address is unchanged. Why: Newswire and Ada Derana reported on 28 October 2026 his statement that reports of a tax fraud plea were false and misleading; the earlier reports did not carry his account of the charges.

Contempt application over unpaid Supreme Court payments, October 2026- The contempt application entry carried only Transparency International Sri Lanka’s allegation that no payments had been made. It now also gives the statement by Keheliya Rambukwella’s counsel in the Supreme Court on 26 October 2026 that he had paid Rs. 20 million of the Rs. 75 million ordered. Why: A response from a person named in the allegation was reported by Ada Derana, Newswire and News First on 26 October 2026, and is added beside the allegation.

Sarana Gunawardena- The combined map showed the Rathupaswala shooting case, its 2019 indictment and a 17 May 2024 acquittal on the entry for former junior minister Sarana Gunawardena. Those details now appear only on a separate entry for Anura Deshapriya Gunawardena, the army officer named in that case. Why: The two maps used the same identifier for two different people, so the combined map merged them. The Ada Derana and Daily FT reports cited for the case name the then-Brigadier, not the former minister.

Easter attacks trial verdict, 22 September 2026- The entry said each of the 15 convicted men was sentenced to 220 years. It now says 200 to 260 years each, and notes that AFP reported 220 years each. Why: Newswire and Asian Mirror, both 22 September 2026, report five sentences of 200 years, five of 220, four of 240 and one of 260.
